IHMF starts a Breast Cancer Support Group

The Medical Foundation started a Breast Cancer Support Group named Breast Love last 2004. The support group is made up of breast cancer patients and their families and concern individuals.

On Dec. 3, 2005, the IHMF inc. and Breast Love (Breast Cancer Support Group) had the 1st General Assembly and Christmas party at Honkee Tea House here in Tarlac.About 70 individuals attended including 21 breast cancer patients. The program included lectures on breast cancer by the group's oncologist - Dr. Sheila Sobrero, presentations, sharing of experiences. Afterwards there were some presentations that included
singing and dancing.
